We have a very unique Research Team used exclusively to network in a
myriad of ways to bring the very best Candidates to the table of the
hiring manager. We work with the Candidates when they are NOT looking
for a position through extensive interaction with them and we get to
know them so that we can be sure of their objectives and realistic goals.
We do not place Ads. We have found that, by doing so, you will get the very BEST...the best of the UNemployed, UNqualified or UNhappy! Most of the QUALITY employees are not looking through the want ads...at least on a regular basis. Also, many "confidential" positions are filled by us, and those positions cannot be advertised at all.
PSI is NOT a database of resumes or a job board with numerous job listings.
We do much more than surface names and resumes. Our research AND consultants
work together using our national network of recruiters and our many years
in the industry to bring top talent to our Clients. We have years and
years of experience in identifying, interviewing, and presenting top
Candidates to our Clients that will best meet the Client's requirements.
We also work with many associations, and we encourage Candidates to become
active in their industry associations to keep up with the rapid changes
taking place in the work arena. Our objective with the Candidate is to
help them put their "best foot forward" and help both our Candidates
and Clients wind a win-win connection.
